Shipping and Assembly Information

Most items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States. If items are shipped outside of the contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to ensure the inexpensive possible costs to you. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated shipping dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to login into your account and check if there are any changes to the shipping times. All shipping dates are only estimated and are subject to change based on availability. Once the product ships, an email will be sent with the tracking number and you will be able to track your order via 3rd party carrier. Delivery times may change based on carrier availability and customer address. 

Can I place an order shipped to Puerto Rico?

Yes, of course, you can!

But please notice Puerto Rico is a remote area in the United States that could not support free shipping. You have to check the shipping fee with our suppliers before you place orders on our site. And please know in advance, packages delivery to some remote areas would be most likely missing on the way, in this case, Kaxona will refuse your return & refund application.

Dealing with shipping to other remote areas in the United States will be the same as Puerto Rico.

If you did not check the shipping fee with our suppliers before placing your orders, our suppliers could refuse & close your orders.
